Within the framework of the Kisfaludy project, PEREGRINO Kft. Implemented the complex development of the Peregrino pension, located at 70-72 Fodros utca 2040 Budaörs, which also included expansion, modernization, energy investment and acquisition of equipment.
The reception, the staircase, the restaurant and the kitchen have been renovated in order to increase the interior appearance and quality of the accommodation. Our existing rooms and bathrooms have been refurbished and two more rooms have been created. With the renewal of our garden, we have placed our pension in a harmonious environment, where our guests can enjoy the newly designed outdoor services. The opening of our restaurant and terrace provides ample space for meals, and the seasonal cover also provides protection for our guests in case of bad weather.
As part of the acquisition of assets, we acquired the following:
- room furniture
- bathroom equipment
- restaurant equipment
- kitchen appliances
- washer and dryer
- televisions
- garden tables, chairs
- garden grill, working oven
- website
As a result of the project, we received a modern and sophisticated boarding house. As a result of the project, we were able to increase our capacities and receive our guests in a renewed, modern environment. The quality of our services and supplies has also increased significantly.
The supported project was implemented within the framework of the Kisfaludy Tourism Development Program.
Completion date of the supported project: 31.05.2021.
